Which Spark Plugs For 3sge?

Hi everyone, trying to work out which spark plugs I should put in my 3SGE (ST191). My local toyota dealer reckons that it doesn't use platimum plugs as they are only for lean-burn engines. This doesn't seem right to me, £10 for 4 spark plugs sounds a bit cheap to me, I'm worried these aren't going to do me justice. Fensport can provide heat range 6 & 7 platimum plugs, should I use these instead, and which heat range? My engine is un-modified.

Can anyone advise?

Iridium spark plugs are the best. Provides the best spark and lasts forever.

NGK, Blitz, HKS and TRD make Iridium Sparks in heat Grades 6 7 and 8

heat grades depend on how much bhp your running. If you call fensport to buy them they can advise on which grade.
