For the last 3 years I have had to put up with very warm beer at JAE...

What is the plan for this year?

Bring a bucket................fill it with cold water ...............put the cans/bottles in the water..........beer keeps cold/cool.

Tips...........When the water gets warm ---- change the water.

It helps to start with cold cans /bottles that have been kept in the fridge

OR

Find someone with some space in their fridge.

I might have to buy a bucket.

It helps when you are washing the car at JAE ;)........................and gives you something to be sick in

I normally wash and polish before I set off, I like to spend my time at JAE just drinking and not worrying about the car!

has anyone got a paddeling pool we can fill with water?

JAE organisers have a TOTAL BAN on pools (All to do with Health and Safety and possibility of someone drowning)That was stated at the recent JAE Organisers meet that I attended

for those travelling long distances, a large plastic storage box with secure lid filled with ice will get your beers chilled perfectly for when you arrive and should last the whole weekend. Thats my plan this year.

Whats this about you all worrying about warm beer?????????? tut tut - we'll have none of this drunken foolishness from you :mad2:

ANYWAYS...................................... red wine should be served at room temperature so I'm OK :drunk:
