7a-fe In Ae-100 Japan Assembled Corolla

Hello everybody i have Corolla 1995 SE Limited Saloon Japan Assembled RHD and its original engine is end i want to install 7A-FE of CORONA 98-00 in it.

my Questions are,

1) which Manual transmission is best for 7A-FE.

2) can i Install 6-speed forward and 1-speed reverse transmission from 4A-GE 20 Valve BT(Black Top).

3) Which ECU i should use.

in short the 4A-GE manual gearbox won't fit, not the same housing, flywheel bolts etc. The 7A-fe engine will work with a 4A-FE ECU or a 7A-FE ECU but not with a 4A-GE ECU the engine setup is too different. The best transmission for the 7A-FE is the standard one, sorry don't know the code for it but i don't think they differ greatly across from previous 7A-FE transmissions.
