I had this brilliant idea.....ish (Thanks Janey ;) )

We had something similar last year where people posted up what items they could bring that may help others or make for an interesting weekend.

I'll start with stuff I'm bringing and add all other items to this first post.

BBQ Food

BBQ Tools

Cooking oil

Paper plates

Plastic Sporks

Kitchen rolls

Tomato sauce (Large ones)

Brown sauce (Large ones)

Mayonnaise (Large ones)

English mustard (If you want French crip(sp) bring your own)

2 x Buckets

Various cleaning stuff

Tie wraps

A few tools

I'm sure there is stuff I have missed (not the booze :P ) but I will add that as I remember

I wouldn't mind the use of any spare cool boxes for the BBQ food which will be frozen but will need to be kept cool.

If you are bringing any fold up chairs make sure you mark them somehow so that you know they are yours otherwise you will end up with the torn and broken ones the morning after the night before ;)

If you want to print out a spec sheet for your car you can use THIS (Thanks Fizz), it's in Word format for those that have it

Nice one Les

One thing we could do with which I have put on the LOC list is Volunteer Rubbish Picker Uppers - just to help keep the site tidy

So if anyone fancies putting their name down for a few minute stint on either Sat, Sun or all days it would be appreciated (and don't worry I have proved in previous years it's possible to do it with a beer held firmly in yor hand  )

We have Bin Bags covered

Have some outdoor candles/lights but could probably do with some more (helps to see in the dark when inebriated :drunk: )

Could do with some large plastic crates/bins for helping to keep the beer cold

Have doubled up on the plates, knives, forks etc (best to have too many than not enough)

Have a few volunteers from LOC to help keep the site tidy, but if anyone else can help out it would be appreciated
