I copied this information from another club as I haven't been privy to any updated news from the JAE organisation

We will have a Flame Out competition but I would suspect that the entry forms will be collected from the Admin Centre on the Saturday morning, which is located at the bottom of the grandstand.

Each club member than comes to the gate, will either produce an advanced ticket or pay for one on the gate. You mention which club you are with and you will be handed a SHOW GUIDE and directed to your club stand. All club stands will have signage and the map in the showguide will direct you to your area, plus there are marshals too. The support vehicle pass is for all clubs, however some that have only two seater cars and need to carry larger items like a gazebo, in that case a hired van, Estate car or such like can be used. Once the vehicle is offloaded however, the vehicle can not park on the stand and must be driven to the public parking, unless it's Japanese of course! Camping is included in your ticket, so you will just need to pay the £15 per person. General Public pay £20 per person and additional £10 for camping, they will pay & camp in another area to the showground.

There are FOUR areas to camp. They are:

On your club stand - but be mindful that every club that attends is automatically entered into the BEST CLUB STAND. So I would suggest that you put your tents behind your gazebo (if you use one) and put your display cars in front of the gazebo, that way your stand still looks tidy.

On the designated camp area - We have three areas, one with your vehicle, one without your vehicle (tents only) or a family quiet area for families with small children who don't want to hear the boom boom of music.

I also now understand there are no more advanced ticket sales as the finale cut off date was 1st July. So if you havent' bought your ticket yet then you'll have to pay on the gate and it will be £15

I too would like to know! I purchased 2 ticket but apart from the confirmation e-mail I have not heard anything
