Engine Noise 1.6 Vvti 3zz-fe (2005) From Chile

Hello guys. My car has a noise but I´m confussed because it has only 42.000 km. Sound likes valve noise but I went to to the dealer for check and they don´t founded anythink. The dealer check: Valves ( check gap and adjust) inyectors Oil pressure Compression test Scaner So they recommend take of the header and check the valves, spring, and cam shaft I/m so uggly because i spend a one week waiting a solution or any idea about this problem. This fault is covered by warranty for a while. I need your opinion Thanks
