Panel Filter - Celica Gt

Looking at the prices of the panel filters from different companies, the Pipecross one looks reasonable - is that adequate as a basic panel filter? - (the K&N one looks a bit pricey, so am moving towards the PIpecross one).

Anyone used a Pipecross one on a 6th gen GT?

TIA

Pipercross are cheap for a reason. I would go with the K&N as for the cost, as it offers superior filtration, meaning you are less likely to damage your engine and more likely to make a small gain. Best option would be to just get an induction kit fitted IMHO.
