Avensis Stalls At 2100 Revs

I have an R reg Avensis 1.8 GLS 1998. engine 7AU423535 5 speed Man

I have had a problem starting after 4 years on no trouble at all.

It shudders and jumps when it starts, as if there is a lack of fuel, then other times it starts ok, but I cant rev up til it is warmed up, just cuts out if i try.

Now after all that and i get going, the engin tries to cut out at 2100 revs, slow down below 2100 and all ok.

I am running on LPG, but this problem is in petrol mode as well, I have taken it to the LPG garage, they have said the LPG system is ok.

I dont want to take it back to toyota, last time was a joke, bloke said well after a while we got it started so we thought it was ok, even thgough i had told him its ok after its warm (******s)

Just had a B service. but problem was before and after that

Hope someone can help, could it be leads and/or Plugs, these have never been changed in the 4 years i have had the car.
