If its an oiled filter e.g K&N clean it in soapy water and some of that detergent spray you can buy from Halfords, if its a dry e.g Envy & Apexi, just a good blast out with some compressed air should do the trick.

If it's an Apexi then the element has to be changed every 20,000 - 25,000 miles can't remember which :shutit:

its only been on 5000 to its sweet

jst its covered in dust n stuff think it will be better wen its cleaned

No instructions on cleaning though as far as I can see, but they do sell cleaner which presumably comes with instructions.
