Hi all, just weondering if anyone has or knows of anyone who has a yaris cd player fascia kit, i've been into my local mr t and he says toyota dont do anything like that. Halfords also say they dont think they do one, the way the cd player was fitted in my car when i got it is completely gash just a really rough hole underneath the original cd player.

click on the link below and read the post, you need the first one as your is a phase 1, that's the part number so give toyota the number and tell them to order it.

Fascia Surround: T55406-52010-B0 is for the Phase 1 (roughly £38)

you will also need a

double din unit is from Halfords but it's for the rav 4 not yaris but it fits.

Double Din Unit - FP-11-03, made by Audioleads, it says for a RAV4 but it will fit the Yaris - from Halfords

Question.... is there any way a custom fascia can be made. i think it would be quite expensive but there are pobably people who would buy it (ie me). if i could get hold of some 3d drawings (+ dimensions) of the dash of the car i could design it, but getting it made?? *rambles on incoherrently* is there anywhere that could take the drawings and make a mould??

A custom facia wont be hard to make, I'm fully trained in car audio and plan to upgrade my account membership so that you guys can reap the rewards of premade custom kits for your ICE. If you did want a custom facia made, it would be more expensive as a one off, and the paint job that would be done on it would be hard to match to the current tacky grey inside the car already. However I would be prepared to make the kit for you once I upgrade my membership, all that is required is fibreglass/f-glass matting anf paints of your choice.

I just feel that having the redunant controls at the top is cack. so renewing the middle dash section would be best in my opinion. obviously if money isnt an issue. lol I decided im just going to leave mine untill i can do it properly rather than having the redundant controls. I suppose the best thing to do if you do it yourself is make it into a kinda kit and sell it on. will prob pay for itself.

current tacky grey inside the car
