Start Buttons

I saw a thing about the Mercedes McLaren SLR the other day and it had a start button under a flap on the top of the gear stick. Does anyone know where i can get one? all i can find is the normal start buttons.

Don't think you could fit one of these to a Corolla. Might be wrong though!

It's probably possible to get this done, but i doubt anywhere will just sell a kit to do it.

Sounds like it'd be a custom build job if you wanted it.

God, I love google! Rage do a SLR gearknob copy in about 4 different colours, flip top and button, wiring etc the whole kit and kaboodle.

You can get their latest brochure from Rage website - Click this and download their PDF catalog. (Think its about 2.7Mb)

I remember seeing them in a parts catalog about a year ago, hopefully you can track one down from that !

I dnt even think it was very expensive, about £22 or something and it had differnt stickers, inserts and so on aswell. Worth a look i suppose!

you should be able to do it to a corolla as the new yaris sr 1.8 comes with a push button start (same princable)
