Service Costs & Advice For 2004 D4-d

Hi.

My Rav has done 31000 miles and it's 3 and a half years old.

The last service was done at 21000 and about a year ago. And I think that there was one service before that at about 9500 miles and 15 months (I'll check these in the service book when the Mrs gets home ).

My question is, what service should I be asking for next? What should it cost? And should I go Mr T. or indipendant?

Finally, can anyone recommend a good dealer in south hertfordshire or thereabouts? I'm not a big fan of Andrew Rowley, but that's my closest.
