Just been blasting some classic tunes from the 90's on my winamp list...

A decade where I finished secondary school and went to university..

Got heavy into relationships

Went to my first gig

Learnt to play the guitar

Was legal to drink beer

Passed my driving test

Got my heart broken by a girl

Songs in this decade are bookmarks in my life.

90's when Maggie thatcher banned raves and basically killed off all dance music, then underworld and a few others brought it back :D

Sorry but it's gotta be the 80's.

80's music is amazing, just like the 60's but its not personal to me.

I know when I'm a grandad I'll put 90's music on when in nostalgia mode!

90's for me after much deliberation...

Reminds me of school discos and every song is legendary - plus the dance music was really good!

PS - Where is the 30's option? ;)

Gotta be the 90s. Being as you're only 2 years younger than me Jappy (and life gets better at 30 for all of you on the other thread!) I agree with you. Reminds me of being in school and Uni and all of life that went with it... an amazing decade!!!

I have gone with the 70's as I am an old git :crybaby:

But I have to say it is a close run thing with the 60's closely followed by the 80's

I grew up with 80's music.. such as U2 when they weren't just good, they were MEGA good, but for me you can't beat the 70's.. Pink Floyd, T-Rex and even Abba ( yes I know.. but everyone like Abba... right?)
