Air Scoops

If your looking from the back of the car its the left, passenger side. I have heard there not that efficient though, the air flow of the car is designed to come from under the car over all the hot stuff and out the top. If you then force air down in to the engine bay it can have a adverse effect. just something to think about - it was a Toms scoop you were talking about wasn't it? - they look good though, but i feel only on one side, not both.

why not see about putting the filter inside the air scoop, then sealing the end to only allow the air pipe to come out. It then will dump air down the scoop straight into the air filter.

That's not a bad idea, I did want to get a K&N induction kit, but I suppose I could get a smaller filter and put it up the air intake.... seal it with a bit of silicone.

Hhhmmmm....
