just after some thoughts on an situation that i am in. Mycurrent ST202 is in top condition, i'm happy with the performance etc, etc. I may have the oportunity to buy a GT4 but the ST185 version also in vgc. So i'm not sure what to go with really. Do i go with the celica i have which i am happy with or do i go for the GT4 earlier model than mine. I have always wanted a GT4 but the ST205 version. Is the earlier model still worth the change from what i am driving?

sounds like ur too happy with the 202 , keep it and when the time comes buy a 205 , they are awesome

Yeah, you do that Booster :D

Some of us prefer the ST185. And there's no reason why a 185 shouldn't last forever if it's properly looked after.

That said, if you really want an ST205 me&mygt, then I think you should aim for one; I think you'll be disappointed with the ST185 if it's not what you want, so beg borrow or steal to get a faff, or else stick with your 202 until you can afford it.

I love the look of the ST185 but standard performance from that model GT4 isn't spectacular, fantastic cars though.
