Easy as falling off a bike. Remove front panel cover. Disconnect all electrical connections, fans, temp sensors etc. Undo and remove fans front and rear of rad. Undo and remove top and bottom hoses. Undo the top brackets (x2) Pull rad up through the gap. Refit in reverse order making sure you put the rubber isolator bushes on the bottom of the new rad.

It's a while since I did mine so I may have forgotten something. Just take your time and all should be fine.

Yeah so is the same as the ST205 all u realy need to do it is, 8mm socket/spaner and maybe some grips/screw driver depending on wich tipe of jubaly clips u got holding your hose's on.

Only problems i had (i say problem was just a pain realy) was geting the fans on the back of the rad, cupple of the bolts are a bit fidly but nothing u would need as mecanic for.

Also i had to make up some new rubbers/fome for the top brakets wich hold the rad down coz mine had disintergarted, probly due to water geting on them a few times.
