Best take a spare wheel with you as I don,t think either of those countries have the DCat version(T180) in their range. I think their top model is the D4D on 17" wheels. The T180 in Europe is badged as the Rav 4X and only certain countries get that version.( please correct me if I m wrong)

I wouldn't be surprised if the dealers are better equiped to deal with run flat tyres if the model exists in the range.

It is appauling that Toyota dealerships aren't supporting owners here.

The T180 is sold in France and Spain as the Rav4 177 D4D Clean Power and comes in two spec levels.

Neither have a rear spare wheel, so I summise that the same system for tyre/wheel replacement applies on the continent.

Bear in mind, you have European Assistance and Break Down Cover through Club Toyota as well.
