Just had a brake fluid change and a general check over.£65 , but was warned The ARB bushes are perished, easy DIY or not?

Very easy and a very common fault, get them changed before they break the bolt they are mounted on, should'nt take you more than 0.5 hours per side, different bush for Jap, French built cars. kingo :thumbsup:

They are located on the end of the front anti roll bar, they are actually drop link bushes. There is a nut at either end, on a long threaded bolt, undo the nuts and take out the bolt/bushes, make a note on how it all goes together as there are four bushes and washers each side of the bolt/drop link. Your dealer should stock them, they tend to split, and in bad cases, the bolt snaps if the bushes are allowed to wear excessivly, you then get a knocking noise from the front end. Kingo :thumbsup:

I did this last weekend, not a difficult job - don't forget to WD40 the nuts 1 hour before you start to ensure you don't round anything off. I've taken pics, will get them up.
