Ordered a Haynes manual to do the valves only to discover it only covers petrol models. Does anyone have any advice, special precautions before i get the cam cover off? :blink: i've done this plenty of times on other cars and motorbikes- is it similar? i might also have to replace the head gasket at only 150,000 as I'm losing coolant thru the pressure cap but not overheating. Any comments much appreciated.

Opps this should be in Workshop section...can a kind moderator move it?
