hi everyone , i,m in the process of buying a k reg hilux surf , never had a car as big before and thought they look cool , intend using it at weekends mainly for fun , the one i,m buying runs well and everything works ok , even the windows !!!! . whats the fuel consumtion likely to be and are they ok to run on veg oil / derv mix , i,m also looking at using biofuel , there,s a few places that sell it here in manchester, any info much appreciated ,thanx, oh by the way its done 105k miles s im having the cam belt done before i pick it up , thanx again

25- 28 mpg , fine on 50/50 mix.

some even run 100% once engine is running.

i run 40/60 . makros finest mixed with derv.

lower usage in winter or low temps. run neat derv in severe cold.

change fuel filter if it begins to run rough.
