We've got two different counters in the kitchen. One's white and the others dark grey marble sortof thing.

Last night we had indian which leaked a little sauce on them. I just attempted to wipe them clean with hot water/soap which didn't really make any difference.

So........ how do you get the stain off? There must be some magic remedy!

Astonish; it does exactly what it says on the tin.

Don't over-use it because it is mildly abrasive, but I find that it's not too harsh, but good enough to remove most things. Test it on a hidden area first though.

Hi Jim,

My Boss said try a bleach spray, let it sit for a couple of mins. She has used Lemon Juice in the past, but not on a bunker. She would go with the bleach spray.

So while I hope that helps I am wondering why she has bleach spray's in the house as we got a sceptic tank and should not be using bleach products.

Ho hum

Aaaaaaaah.... I'll try in a wee bit. Can't be bothered to move from the sofa now. lol

I've done my cleaning duties for the day. Tidied the kitchen, that'll do me!

Easy, take some of the Indian sauce and completley cover both counters!

No more stain, and both counters will be the same colour!!

Surely thats the losers way :P

Meant to add Jim - that Johnsons baby wipes are the best for this.... they have something special in them apparently!

Not that I've had kids and know for a fact, but my bosses have two young daughters and when we spilt ink in one of the company cars, baby wipes got it out a treat and their nanny swears by it
