I seen some new ones now looks quite nice & honda civic has the new type r & mazda 3 MPS & since i not heard of a performance model is there going to be a successor to the corolla T sport ? i thought the new Auris t180 (180bhp?) is a replacement for the t sport corolla but the T180 is a diesel.

I had my car serviced this week mate.

And asked while i was the. They said theres not a fast auris yet because the T-Sport still does the job perfectly...

The next fast Toyota that will come out is the supra, where there will be 2 types. A 300bhp one and a 450bhp one ranging from £30,000 upwards lol!!!

Hope this anwsers your question!!!

Cheers

MarK

I'm not sure there will be a replacement for the T-Sport. Looks like Toyota is moving out of the performance/sports market as non of the recent models are aimed at performance or sports drivers. They've also stopped producing the Celica and MR2 and there are currently no models to replace these which suggest we might need to look elsewhere for a hot hatch.

I don't think Toyota is actually pulling out the performancae market. I read a magazine few weeks back which there was a report saying Toyota is currently

working on the new Celica. They were saying that is will use a new developed 250bhp turbo engines and 4WD too, but the spec of the new car isn't finalised

at this stage. It was saying the car is schedule to launch at 2009.

If all this is true, i really looking foward to see this car.
