Like when i put my oven on the other day to use the grill at the top of it i cloesed the door and opened it to check on my bacon 5 mins later and fire came out the oven lol

If it hits a high enough temperature it will catch fire.

I think you are supposed to leave the door open when you use a grill as its not an oven.

and i know that now lol its not i dunno how to use ovens its just i never used the grill on mine before lol

The door stays close only on the oven as the inside of the oven is at a regulated temperature.

On a grill, its like a big toaster, the top gets hot and it cooks what is under it, the air in the grill isnt supposed to get hotter and hotter as its the grill actually cooking the food and not the hot air like on an oven.

SO KEEP THE DOOR OPEN!
