I Love My Tsport

Just appreciated once again how ace my car is, after having a Skoda as a courtesy car for a day. The Skoda was brand new, but the Yaris beats it hands down in every way.

What do you love most about your car? I love the fact that mine sailed through the MOT today, and that it has pretty good brakes for a standard car - the Skoda's were scarily rubbish.

The thing I love most is the fact that it's much rarer than most other warm hatches and that not many people are aware of its capabilities. Oh, and the fact its quicker than the ubiquitous MINI Cooper!

Where do I start?

Looks great (in any colour) and I love the subtle body kit.

Excellent security (dead locks, factory alarm locking wheel nuts immobiliser all standard)

Good safety (airbags ABS EBD discs all round)

Great performance and economy, just got 46mpg (386 miles to the tank on last re-fill) :toast:

Reliable, I know if I want to go to the other side of the country it will get me there with no issues, and back home.

Rare and underestimated, and people take a double take at it, and I like the fact it was built in Japan (a real Toyota!)

I just love driving it and I can’t think of another car I’ve ever had or would want (at this price range) that can match it. Now I know why it was European, Irish and Japanese Car of the Year 99/2000

I've had my Yaris TS for coming up to 18 months now - Just the other day, I had a lovely drive down a local B-Road, to take a friend home & back again - I walked in the house grinning from ear to ear!

Can't beat a good drive on an empty road, makes you fall in love with your car again & realise why you got it!

Another friend of mine thinks they're really good & is surprised time and time again how fast they are, considering it's only just over 100bhp on paper!
