Ouch, thats not good, I did think it was sounding a bit like that. Administration is not the worst, its not liquidation as yet and there may be a chance that some creditors will get something.

Ask your solicitor if they can help you find out if the entity has insurance as it may be worth while pursuing the tribunal angle if the insurance company will bay out, pretty thin but worth checking out anyway. Did you secure your P45 from the premises, if not try to get it, and any other information you can that relates to your case.
