Upgrading The Sound System In Corolla T3

Well i have recently purchased an 04 corolla, i was quite impressed with the standard sound system in there but i was wondering if anyone had upgraded their Speakers and if so what they used, stuff like the Speakers and amps that are generally used, i was thinking about some subs but i dont see the need for them really.

i am in the process of upgrading so far i have upgraded the front Speakers to 16cm fli by vibe 200watts and disconected the rear door Speakers and now have parcel shelf Speakers

and it is alot clearer and basyer but i will b upgrading the head unit and having an amp and sub very soon hope this helps

I had to get a new airvent trim for the Alpine double DIN H/U, as the one that came with the car was the wrong shape.

This facial trim for a single DIN unit, so it wouldn't take my double DIN unit

This is my new trim for the double DIN unit

The new trim, i had to get from toyota (with alot of hassle too ) but it ain't cheap, if you can find a scrapped E12 somewhere with spares to be had, get it, otherwise your looking at a cost of over £100 :o
