I went for a lie down yesterday after I'd had my tea at about 7:30, woke up at 10:30, couldn't be bothered getting up & fell asleep again before being woke up at 7 by my alarm. I was acting like a zombie on tranquilisers yesterday, today I feel fresh as a daisy, it's great
