b ) you posted after 6.00AM which in my rules doesn't count (only posts between 11.00PM & 6.00AM - real time not forum time as that clock never seems to be correct)

doesnt matter if you post after 6.00am!! as long as you havent been to bed or had a nap!!!!

the problem is in policing/proving that & many people get up from ~6.00 AM on so does it still qualify as "night shift".

By your definition I could very often legitimately post at 2PM but how many people would believe me or consider it "night shift"?

perhaps we do need to formalise the rules more a la Raistlin?

There are no time periods for this game and it is best to post just before you log out as it doesnt count if it shows you as 'active' but not actually posting anything.

There is a totally brilliant permanent Model Railway exhibition just down the road from me in Malahide Castle. Everything is on the move. There is a guy in a control box in the centre with a spotlight shining on the particular train about which he is explaining. It more or less shows & has examples of trains from the start of the railway system in Ireland. It also has a model of the Mail Boat leaving Dun Laoighaire for Holyhead.

I brought Canadian cousins last Summer on a tour of the Castle & included that exhibition. They were delighted with it.
