I am but I dont know how much time I can put in it. I have a few good idea's tho.

To be fair even a 5 minute chop can look good when the donor image is so large. rough cut outs etc when resized smooth out and just makes life easier.

I made a hiddeous chop of my rolla the other day, has 3 scooby vents on it and wide arches, literally took 6 or so mins and ideas wise, i quite like it for the wide arches, lowering and wing. (scooby vents were a ***** take! )

I only have time to put into them until I go back to work, then mine will get a max of 5 hours. (previous comps ive done soak up 10 times that easily trying to fine tune things for the perfectionist sites :( )

Will be cool to see your ideas. Already done a guide layer to mark out my thoughts ;)

It does help with a high resolution image. Not done one for a while so will have to see what I can come up with!

Is it Photoshop you use? ver?

I have CS3 Ext. and used a triel of 4. Hated it and dont think its worth the moneHs

Got photoshop 6 and 7 but use 6 mostly. Not the most recent versions but its like an old slipper for me now!

As long as you can use layers any app will do. For those that dont have the funds to spend/spare, GIMP is quite versatile, its just a touch messy with floating windows.

But for people wanting to learn, its free and they will know nothing else! Also has a cracking tutorials site and forum too. lol.... could always link to it in ps comp thread if needed at a later date.

Its normally me thats rebooting my ICS box every frikkin hour when it drops out.

Deffinately.... layers are a god send. Before them?! To be honest... i dont know. Have only really done digital artworks/chops etc for about 5 years so. Beforethen i limited myself to pencil and paper!
