I was here, on & off, till about 2 pm ((weakling ;) ) but didn't register my presence here as I knew that the insomniacs would be about

Seriously, I wish I was an insomniac :( I need at least 10 hours sleep each night & a couple of hours kip during the day. It isn't normal or like me & my Doc isn't concerned. It is driving me nuts, though

Poor you, Dave [?]. There used to be a remedy which my Mother used on me as a kid

Fill a bowl with boiling water & add a measure of Friar's Balsam. Put a towel over your head & the bowl & inhale the steam deeply until there is no more rising.

Probably can't get Friar's Balsam anymore . I'm sure it gave me relief & certainly didn't kill me. :D
