Gearbox Broke :(

on friday there my gear box decided to sh!t itself :(

reversed out of driveway stuck into first car moved then bounced of the limiter, thought it was the clutch but got out to find gearbox oil p!ssing out from the gearbox :(

Mr T said it was due to abuse, but i honestly dont think im an abusive driver

now ive got a bill for 1k for a gearbox, diff and clutch

has anybody else had a gearbox failure? my car only has 46,000 miles on it.

Never heard of it on any Yaris. Normally tough as old boots.

Do you drive it hard?

dont think it gets driven harder than any other yaris

get a new gearbox from traynors and il fit it at home a hell of a lot cheaper m8y ;)

Might as well if box is out(If you can break a gearbox god knows what clutch is like!!!lol)
