Toyota Avensis Engine Light On

hi all, the engine light is constantly showing on my avensis.

but it runs normal.

does anyone know if its possible to read the codes on my model.

its the old shape 2003, 2.0lt petrol and engine code is 1az fse.

It can be CAT efficiency, or Lambda trouble....

took the car to have the fault code checked today and it shows one of the 4 oxygen sensors is faulty.

cost me £20 and they even told me which one of the sensors it was.
