Upgrading The Sound System In The Avensis...

got a 06 avensis and i'm not really liking the Speakers that come with the car or the system esp as i use the ipod alot at hte moment with an itrip but i'd rather have a more front facing connection

how hard is it replace the front door Speakers yourself or would it have to be done professionally?

and with the stereo system being double din the settings behind it would allow a single din to be fitted right?

Try visiting your local Halfords they have a large array of sterio accs I just bought a double din adaptor and the leads to convert My Mondeo ST220 to a Sony head unit so as I could use the mp3 in the car, it fitted and works fine so it can be done just find a spotty little 18 year old assistant with a supped up corsa in th staff car park with a 2 zillion watt sterio in it they will know

worth a try it worked for me :)
