tbh all small cars are 'chick cars'

and this poll isn't exactly fair, since it's aimed at people who use internet forums (this one) who generally tend to be younger.

in my area, i've seen a couple of young people running around in Aygos but most have been middle aged

to answer topic, I'm 20 and I'm male

My wife down-sized from a corolla 1.4 T2, when she retired, -- got a 6-month old pre-reg Aygo+ 5 Dr in Ice Blue, with 122 miles on it. In 12,000 miles she needed a water pump and radiator, rear hatch latch, and Wiper Blades. At 3 year old she upgraded to a Platinum, expecting to benefit from the elimination of teething problems. She never had water ingress into either car, but this one has oil/water emulsion at the oil cap, and the radiator header-tank coolant level is creeping down.

However, as there is only 800 miles on the clock, we may wait a while, as the last car hed a bonnet seal both sides of the latch, and we have only recently been given a driver's side one to keep the draught and rain out of the engine bay. The clutch operating lever is red with rust --- didn't happen on the old car.

A trace of white stuff on the radiator/header tank tabs may be dried coolant, so coolant level will be closely monitored. Our dealership is 110 miles away, so we can't just drop in for a check-up.

She got a great deal in every way, and has alloys and part-leather seats and a glove-compartment lid, and the upgraded clutch, for the same price as her last car. Today's Aygo "Black" would not suit her, --- more colours will HAVE to be offered, with this spec.

I, myself, tried to geta deal for an ex-demo Yaris D4D, P/Ex for my 5-year old version, but fell foul if the credit crunch; --- but no problem getting a new Mk6 Fiesta, gutsy on petrol though, but it revs like my 1st Toyota, the 1.6 Carina E, shear music, and I can actually hear the radio if I want to.
