Connect A Sony Cd Changer To The Nav. System?

In my 2003 Corolla E12 I had a Sony CDX-T70MX mp3 cd-changer. It was connected on the standard radio with a small box (see attached picture). I want this cd-changer to be mounted in my Auris but the dealer said that it was not possible because there isn't a cable available yet.

Does the Auris have an other connection than the Corolla E12?

I know that Toyota has an cd-changer in the accessoireslist.

If I sell this cd changer it wouldn't bring up the money I paid for it. That is why I would like this thing to be mounted in my Auris.

Does anyone know if it's possible to connect an cd-changer to the radio/navi?

Maybe I must try to contact Sony and ask if they have the right cable to connect the cd-changer.

Toyota does offer an external 6 CD changer for the Auris (at least in Germany it does) so if yours is compatible I see no reason why not unless, you have the iPod adapter which uses the same port.
