Don't worry.... mine was £300 when I bought the car and I think it will be £400 at the renewal time next April :(

its only 49p per day, intill 8 months ago i was spending 8 times that per day on smoking !Removed! :o plus it means you can park for free in so many places which is good if you have lots of cars like me with no where else to keep them

£115 for me per year as well, the government want to kill cars that pollute by increasing your tax to force u to drive greener cars, but in a contraversial msn report they found that a toyota prius kicks out more CO2 per year than a 1.4 litre petrol fiesta, so much for hybrids :D

The Aygo only costs £35 a year to tax...................so cheap that DVLA find it uneconomic to offer a 6 month option
