Tune, Car Not Running Right

Does any one know of a good garage/Roling road I can take my car in the shropshire area. For somthing thats supposed to be kicking out 200bhp id expect more.

1-2 its rappid, but it just feels flatter and flatter in 3-4-5, infact my mr2 will do 50-70 faster than me GT4 so im convinced its loosing boost or somthing isnt right. Id like to get it booked in some were were they have knolidge with the GT4's and possable get some stuff like the metal gaskit done.

Any one have any idears?
