I thought zze123 was Corolla T Sport (UK). But is it also 2zz-ge?

Or is the engine called 2zz-ge and the zze123 is the Corolla?

Please could someone help me clear this up for me please.

The engine code is 2ZZ-GE, the chassis code is ZZE12* (hence why it is known as the E12 Corolla)

* There are a few slightly different codes.. ZZE123R, ZZE123, ZZE112, ZZE122R etc, etc. for all the different body styles.

ahh thanks.

I have a 2002 Uk Corolla. So when buying parts for the car = ZZE123R, ZZE123, ZZE112, ZZE122R etc will be okay for my car?

Thanks.

Non Toyota parts tend to fit most E12 cars (generalisation here) but if you order from a dealer, we like to have the FULL CHASSIS number. Our parts listing takes into account minor model changes and is precise when it comes to change overs from a specific chassis number, so we would require the FULL 17 digit number.

Cheers Kingo

If it say's it is for an E12 corolla then it should fit... but, as is the case with a lot of aftermarket parts.. including the top brands.. some can need slight modifications for a complete 100% fit.. especially body kits.
