I've got photos of the brakes/calipers but how do you load up a picture onto here? I'm not ready to put them on my website yet.

I also need to get the photos of the engine - using a GT4 intercooler so it all fits into the engine bay. Engine is in and working ok but am still waiting to get the exhaust made up - its been booked in for ages but gets delayed each week.

The guys took it out for a test drive (why not wi me???) and said the performance is stunning. However the rear springs need some help to stop it taking off!

Ian, you need to use a third party service to get photos on here. Do a google search, most on here use photobucket.

Open an account with them (FOC), and follow their on screen instructions to up load photos. To then put them on here

when you are filling in the reply box, click on the little Icon between the two green crosses. It will ask you for the URL

address for your photo. Click on the photo adress at the photobucket end (copy more or less) and paste it to the icon as

above. For more info, its on a thread, the Rav 4 photos one I think.

Anyone watching a quiz show on Tv deserves a 'sad' factor.

Thanks for your bit on uploading pics. I have 2 good shots of the new discs and calipers made specially by KAD in Kent. They aren't fitted yet cos once they are fitted then the new 18" alloys and tyres need to be put on to fit around the calipers, and the garage hasn't the space quite the noo to keep the RAV in a safe warm environment.

Having had a 1966 humber sceptre stolen by some goon who ran a wee garage in bellshill after he went bust, I'm kind of wary about security. The good ol local polis found him and extracted a promise for him to return the car within 2 weeks - guess what? The car never returned and the guy did a runner !!! So if ye see an automatic 1966 Humber sceptre in Gold colour then its mine. They are as rare as hens teeth. If I catch the guy, he'll become extinct. :censor:

Can't wait t get the RAV back!

For any of you guys looking for a remote control, I've got several that don't work.....just so the TV can't be changed over/computer won't get switched off.

I've opened a Bebo account and stuck a photo of my 6 pot calipers for the RAV as my visage.

On account of the fact I've never used Bebo before, I'm struggling with the technicalities, but I'm registered as ian strachan with a username something like ians622. Will try and get some of photos uploaded somewhere next week - the RAV is finally meant to be getting its exhaust made up/ fitted next week. See driving a renault trafic minibus for weeks on end - its a guarantee to bring on Alzheimers. Theres a rattle coming from underneath the bus but of course every time I stop and look underneath theres no sign. I'm looking for a volunteer to hang underneath to pinpoint the problem....!

And anyone out there who's a rugby fan - what about Argentina cuffing France eh? Just wait til Scotland play portugal on Sunday - I'll no be watching!

I have no excuses about the washing machine, even my little lad who isn't two yet, knows which three buttons to press and will quite happily press them all day if we didn't switch the machine off at the wall. :D

He even now knows in which order to press the buttons to start up the PC...........I must spend far to long on the TOC for him to have picked that up!
