Hi all.

I live near Frankfurt, in the hills just got our Verso a couple of weeks ago. We got the Verso from (a bit red-faced) a rather large Honda Dealer in Frankfurt.

I really wanted a Verso but thought the price was too high for the car, we found that the Dealer had one from a Toyota Dealer that had gone bankrupt in the Dresden. Since the car was in administration for some time, we bought a 6 month old "used" Verso Executive with 25 on the odometer. It is a really beutiful car, we traded in a 320 for it and of course took a while to get used to the MMT and the all the gadgets. I must say after the two weeks we are very happy that we chose it over a MAZDA 5 that we were looking into as well.

The nits about the DASH fit are true. There are some compartments that just don't close perfrect, it is just that most the of the car is so perfect that the "imperfect" parts are really visible.

We have rentec an A class as well with NAVI and feel that the Verso is far superior in comparison. We also had a ZAFIRA - heaven forbid Toyota's quality is light years ahead of OPEL. The Turkish need to see how the cars are assembled in JAPAN.

The nits that I would have is with the MMT - till realized from this forum that it is a computer-controlled manual shift, then my whole thinking changed on letting off the gas when up-shifting, the rolling on hills when in E ... etc..

I also think in manual mode the - and + should have been reversed..........
