Anyone ever used them? and if so did they do an OK job. I've got some scuffs and scratches that could do with a makeover. Can't afford Mr T's prices though :(

One of the guys at my work used them to repair a minor kerbed wheel on his Lexus IS250 and the result was immaculate. £47+vat per wheel.

I think it depends upon the person. The chap i deal with in Kent is 1st rate. Paid £100 for the boot to be touched up which had several deep scratches on it over a 5 x 5 inch area. £125 to have a nasty dent on the boot corner removed and painted. Only an expert would know the job had been done and even then i'm not sure how they would tell.

Thanks for that, I've been quoted £200 to have every blemish put right, got one nasty one on the boot the rest just cosmetic. Sounds like a good deal.

Sounds like a decent quote. Hope he does a cracking job for you.

My chap did say that i needed to keep the car as much as poss out of direct and strong sunlight for the first few weeks. Can't remember why, but would be interested if your chap suggests the same.

That could be a problem for me as i don't have a garage, it's not like i can bring it in the living room  :( . Perhaps it's to do with the colour, what colour is your motor Shroud ?

He's worked on my silver avensis and blue focus, but neither were garaged. it was a pretty poor few weeks when he did the job though so there wasn't much sun about.
