Ipod & Gasoline

Hello,

I have a new Auris, and I have asked to install the "offical" iPod connection. But I was able to see my playlist and the hole content of the iPod, without any chance to browse the content ... how it is possible ?

My colleague, with a "100% cinese" car audio, can use all the function of the iPod !! (ARGH !!!!)

Furthermore, my auris it is consuming gasoline.... In the highway (or similar, but for sure not in Rome, and drving slow at 90 - 120 km/h) I could not perform more than 14 km with 1 liter of diesel

Any suggestion ? Other similar experience ?

Which radio do you have? The sat nav or the ordinary one? I have the exact same model as you (and I'm italian, too) and the sat nav ipod kit sucks because it lets you see playlists as CDs in a cd changer, so no ID3 tag, no playlist title or whatsoever. For the ordinary radio model the ipod kit shows all the information such as playlist name, track title and so on. There's a topic on this forum about that.

And yes, that's the exact fuel consumption I get with my D-4D 126hp DPF version. Quite far from the promised 17.5 Km/l huh?

Same here, about 14 km with a liter diesel on a 2.0 D4D.
