Turbo + Turbo Timer Settings

Just wondered what everyone has their turbo's and timers set to? i got my timer set to 90 secs just now, and my GT4 came to me with the turbo runnin at 399 peak i think.

As i am new to all this stuff, i dont really know in depth what that means. My fiancee's cousin was kinda taken aback by it being set to 399, neone think this is too high or....? lol

sorry to plague the forum with annoyin questions, i just wanna make sure i look after the car properley :)

basically if you have just had a hard drive lots of boost or high speed leave it idling for about 3 mins or so, if you have been pottering round town taking it easy no need to cool down at all
