4.3 Air Con System - Advice Needed

Further to my previous post about the Air Con pump, I also need some advice on the rest of the system.

I need a complete aircon system basically - pipes, fans, compressor and pump. I know that the pump is different between the petrol and diesel, but what about the rest of the system? Is the compressor and fans the same?

Kingo - I wondered if you might be able to look this up for me or know off of the top of your head?

Reason being is that I have found a 4.3 Petrol in a breakers yard via the Internet, but dont know if the other aircon bits are of any use to me?

Hi

I think that most parts will be interchangeable from the info I have with the exception of the pump (compressor). It may only be in the size of the pulley as the engines rev at different speeds but it coud be in the brackets as they almost certainly mount in a different place. I think you would be well advised to look on the pulications website and you can compare petrol and diesel plus check part numbers for about £2,50.

Cheers

I know this has been asked many times here before; what is the address of the publications website? I think I will add it to my favourites this time!! :)
