Hi its me again.

Got a GT4 185 jap spec and wanna improve her a bit.

At the moment I got a baileys dump valve on and a pipercross induction kit.

I know the kit won't really do much without decent exaulst so.........

Can anyone recormend a good exaulst - better with or without cat?

And as my title sugests can any one recormend a stage 1 chip.

Pics of her soon.........

A friend of mine suggested a mongoose straight through or the same but in scorpian. The same guy runs a M.O.T station and would put it through without any worries.

the e-bay exhausts are great if it's the blueflame ones that you are on about. unfortunately AFAIK you can't find a 'stage 1 chip' as GT-fours are a little bit more complex and alot of people steer clear of them, the standard ECU is a self learning ECU so it can cope with fuelling upto IIRC 0.9 bar or there abouts, before fuel cut stops it going any higher. i was running an E-Manage blue and could map the on boost fueling but not the off boost due to the self learn feature, won't bore you with the hows and whys but an E-Manage is an option whether it be a Blue or ultimate, and they are mappable to suit your own car and not just a list of mods.
