Yep i noticed less sidewinds cause i have only driven about 200km,s with the original springs

I wrote my experience in a other topic in search of the reason of also different braking behavoure after mounting the lowering springs.

My assumption on the reason of different braking behavoure was off, but the topic gives also my view on the springs.

hey all

I got a quotation on the lowering springs and they are expensive!! the springs themselves plus VAT are £171.00 but on top of that to be fitted on they are going to be another (plus VAT) £190.00 i mean thats over £300! with that amount i could get a full suspension kit.

how did you guys with the springs afford this insane price!?

maybe i should just buy the springs and take it to a different garage to be fitted on? i don`t know what im going to do now,

I just payed the bill & dealed the mounting costs while buying the car :P

Mounting is not the poblem here, a good service sation will also check the wheel allignment of the car. So maybe this will help you
