Seized Brake Caliper

My rear drivers side Brake Caliper appears to have seized up.

Anyone know if these can be freed or should it be replaced at at what cost?

I had mine freed by a local garage 2 weeks ago but I think its seized up again as I'm getting a squealing noise when the car is moving slowing. This noise goes away when I apply the brakes.

So now even the 'New' T-sports are having rear brake caliper trouble...

Why O Why can't Toyota construct a decent rear caliper set up on their performance versions of Corolla!

This 'problem' has been rife since the 80's with the AE82GT.
