Squeaks And Squeals

My almost 4 year old Prius has started to make squeaking and squealing noises from the front end.

I'm guess I'm gonna have to take it in, but heres what I'm gonna have to tell my service dept.

Difficult to say from which side. If you wind the nearside window down you hear it from that side and vice versa with the offside.

Doesn't happen in the morning when I go to work (maybe as its cooler temperature)

Happens a lot when I drive home from work

Is worse with two people in the front

Its better when there is someone sat in the back.

Sometimes just getting out of the stationary car make sit squeak - sounds like a suspension problem

Only happens at low speeds

Sometimes when braking

Sometimes when not braking

Any ideas what it might be?
