I just got back from my latest MOT test and they pointed out a couple of advisory things.

Drop Links starting to crack/split - quote £156

N/S/F Driveshaft starting to knock - quote £636.85 :jawdrop:

Am I better off looking elsewhere for these parts and going DIY/local garage, or just biting the bullet at Mr T later on?

Any recommendations for parts online appreciated..

Oh and they kinda told me off for clearing the 'to lean' engine warning light.:lol:

Not that old chestnut. New ones will crack within months, nothing to worry about until they knock and too much free play

Send me your details in a PM I will price it exactly for you

I got quoted loads for driveshafts too, when my CV joints were knocking, as they come as a whole unit. I think I was quoted that price for both sides though??

As it was, I got some used ones through an online part finder, and paid £100 delivered for both sides. If you decide to go down this route, the ones from a D4D also fit the Tsport. :)

I used that 247 spares site to get a used driveshaft for my brothers tsport a few months back, £40 delivered. Spot on, no probs.
