Hi All,

Just a quick intro. I've been a member of TOC for a few years. I have been a member of the Yaris T-sport forum as I own a YT-S :D

Recently seen a GT-4 for sale locally. It has exceptionally low mileage for an 'L' reg car and is at a reasonable asking price. The car is an import, which brings me to the topic of discussion for this thread. I am new to imports therefore what paper work should accompany the car? I've heard something about SVA tests etc... Also, what type of search can I carry out on the past history of an import, especially trying to determine whether the car has been stolen, or if there is any money owned on it?

Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated.
